You also need to download Skype or Yahoo Messenger if you have not installed one of these yet in your computer. I am planning to be absent from my class. What should I do? The best way is to inform us at least a day before. You are only given 5 excused absences. As a guarantee, you will not lose your class minutes as long as you contact us about your scheduled absence. If you are planning for a long trip, the class minutes that you bought would only be good for 1 month. I was late for my class. I did not inform the teacher or the manager. What should I do? The teacher expects that the student will be on time for his or her class. You are given a grace period of 10 minutes. This means, the teacher will only wait for you on a maximum of 10 minutes or else you will be marked absent for the day and you will lose your class minutes. This of course does not apply to 10-20 minutes class. My teacher was absent or late for my class. What should I do? Our teachers will rarely be absent or late for their classes. However, if for some reason that the teacher can not make it for the class, we advise you to contact the Manager immediately. She can call the teacher to check. You will be given the option to give the teacher a chance to makeup or change the teacher. Can I cancel the class? Yes. In this case, you must inform us at least 2 to 3 days before your scheduled class so we can give you a full refund. I have been having classes already. Now, I want to stop class. What should I do? You will be given the option to postpone class and continue it at a later time without getting your refund or you may also completely stop your classes and we can calculate your remaining balance for your refund. Why should I choose Power Tutorials over other tutorial companies? Power Tutorials has the lowest fees compared to other companies. Freelance tutors may not give you a 100% guarantee.
